Why is my printer not printing? (Paper jam, no connection, offline)

- Check for Paper Jam
- Turn off the printer
- Open the paper tray and remove any stuck paper.
- Make sure paper is loaded properly.
- Close the tray and turn it back on.
- Check Power and Cables
- Make sure the printer is turned on (lights should be on).
- If using USB, check that the cable is properly plugged in.
- If using Wi-Fi or network, check the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
- Check Printer Status
- Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer → See what’s printing.
- Click Printer → make sure Use Printer Offline is unchecked.
- Clear any documents stuck in the list.
- Try printing a test page.
- Restart Everything
- Turn off your printer and computer.
- Wait a few seconds, then turn them back on.
- Try printing again.
- If still not Working
- Submit an IT Ticket.
