Why is my speaker/headset not producing sound?

  • Check Physical Connections
    • Ensure your headset or speakers are properly plugged into the correct port:
    • If using USB or Bluetooth headsets, confirm they are connected or paired correctly.
    • Try unplugging and replugging the device.
  • Check Volume and Mute Settings
    • Click the speaker icon on your taskbar and make sure, The Volume is not muted.
  • Set the Correct Playback Device
    • Under Choose your output device, select your headset or speakers.
  • Still no Sound?
    • Create an IT Support Ticket.
