How do I reset or recover my password on the IT Help Desk Portal?

Steps to Reset Your Password:
- Go to the IT Help Desk Portal: https://support.fiterasystems.com
- On the login screen, type your registered email or username.
- Enter any password (even if incorrect) — this will display the “Forgot My Password” link below the Sign In button.
- Click Forgot My Password.
- Enter your registered email address or username again and click Send Email.
- Check your email inbox for the password reset link (also check your spam/junk folder).
- Click the link and set a new password.
